Moms & Kids Surf Camp – Peniche

This summer, let’s come together, a small circle of surf-loving moms and our kids to share, recharge, and reconnect by the ocean.

​

​It’s a week to return to what we love: the sea, the waves, the rhythm of our bodies in movement. A time to breathe, surf, and laugh, while our children play, create, and connect with new little friends in a safe and nurturing space.

​What’s included

. 7 nights in a private surf house with pool Individual rooms, shared bathrooms
. 5 surf sessions (not first timer level – gear & transport included - From Monday to Friday)

. 2 yoga sessions with Simona 

. 2 surfskate sessions

. 1 permaculture activity with kids

. 1 video analysis

. Creative time for kids

. 7 breakfast buffet

. 6 simple lunch box (sandwich) and dinner (one free day)

. English babysitting during adult activities (surf, yoga, surfskate) 

. Community moments with other surf mamas

. Time together with your little one, without pressure

The program is not mandatory. We have a time schedule but If you feel tired, if you only want to join Surfing for 30 minutes, if you want to rest, or if you prefer to go out and explore, you are completely free to do so.
Every mom follows her own pace and her baby’s pace.
For this reason, we recommend renting a car if you would like to stay more independent and free to move according to your own rhythm

Who is this for?

- Surfing mamas with children aged 2–7 years old (Smaller kids accepted but there will be a extra babysitting to pay just taking care of baby)
- Open also if you want to come without kids! Ask me price
- Women who already know how to surf (beginner-friendly but not total first-timers. We are going to catch green waves)

- Mamas looking to reconnect with themselves and other women

- Flexible and open-minded

This surf retreat for moms is carefully organized, with surf sessions and logistics taken care of. At the same time, the atmosphere is relaxed and the experience is shared within the group.
